We wanted to thank you for selling our home so quickly and efficiently. We had placed our home on the market in June, 2004 via for sale by owner. We were unsuccessful in selling our home using this approach for 6 months. During the latter part of the 6 months of attempting to sell our home by ourselves, you began sending us informational mailers containing tips such as how to present our home to sell and how to make our move more efficient. You also let us know that you would like to help us if we needed help. We chose to use your services following the 6-month contract with for sale by owner. You met us on a Thursday on which we signed a contract with you as our realtor via Remax. Our house went on the market on the following day, Friday.  A buyer saw our house on the website on Friday, came by to see the house on Friday, and made an offer on our house the same day. Our house was under contract for sell 2 days later. WOW!!! Our house within 3 days!!!! Thank you for all your help.
